Miss North Carolina All American 2025

Zuri Sweatt is 20 years old and a proud native of Winston-Salem, North Carolina. She is a rising junior at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she is pursuing a double major in Political Science and Peace, War, & Defense. An accomplished leader on campus, she serves as Vice President of the Honors Carolina Student Association, Co-Communications Director for the Black Student Movement, and Secretary of the Black Pre-Law Association. Outside of the classroom, Zuri is the founder of “Drawn to Courage,” a youth mentorship initiative that uses the arts to promote confidence, inclusion, and self-expression. She is also a model who has walked in both New York and Milan Fashion Weeks, using her platform to advocate for diversity and representation.

As Miss North Carolina All American, Sweatt will spend the year proudly representing her state while serving as a Smile Train Ambassador and championing the values of leadership, service, and community involvement. She plans to use her title to expand “Drawn to Courage” through school visits, mentorship workshops, and art-based service projects that inspire confidence and inclusion in young people. Sweatt also looks forward to partnering with community organizations, participating in state and national appearances, and advocating for greater diversity in leadership, the arts, and the legal field.
