Ava Bella Christenbury

Miss North Carolina Teen All American 2025

Weaverville, NC

Ava Bella Christenbury, Miss North Carolina Teen All American, hails from Asheville, North Carolina. She is a driven and compassionate student on the path to becoming a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, with dreams of launching her own business. Fueled by her faith and desire to serve others through empathy and purpose, Ava Bella is committed to making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families.

Although new to the world of pageantry, Ava Bella is no stranger to leadership and perseverance. With over 11 years of volleyball experience and having served as captain on multiple teams, her life took an unexpected turn when she was diagnosed with Dysautonomia (POTS). Rather than letting the diagnosis define her, she chose to step into new, often uncomfortable spaces to grow, inspire, and challenge herself. Through it all, she carries forward a saying her mother taught her as a child: “Life Is Now.” Today, she uses those words to encourage others facing chronic illness, mental health struggles, or life’s many unexpected hurdles.

Ava Bella is on a mission to raise awareness for Dysautonomia and help bridge the gap between patients and the medical community. She advocates for better education for both healthcare providers and young women who are still searching for answers.

Beyond her advocacy and academic pursuits, Ava Bella loves traveling to coastal destinations, staying active through sports, and embracing what she lovingly refers to as her “assortment of grandma hobbies,” including scrapbooking, crocheting, and watercolor painting. Through her social media presence, she authentically connects with young women everywhere, sharing the empowering message: “If I can, you can too”. Relatable, resilient, and purpose-driven, Ava Bella Christenbury is a rising force dedicated to inspiring others and living each day with courage and compassion.
